As of the Company&#8217;s most recent ten fiscal years of history, equity in earnings from its equity method investees was never greater than 3% of its Income before income taxes on its Consolidated Statements of Income and Comprehensive Income in any of the fiscal years analyzed, which the Company believes is immaterial.
