[3] For the three and nine months ended September 30, 2015, the provision for loan losses includes recoveries of previously recorded loan loss reserves of $0.1 million and $0.6 million, respectively. For the three and nine months ended September 30, 2014, the provision for loan losses includes recoveries of previously recorded loan loss reserves of $0.9 million and $8.5 million, respectively.
[4] As of September 30, 2015 and December 31, 2014, the Company had $132.8 million and $155.8 million, respectively, of residential properties available for sale in its operating properties portfolio.
