One loan participation payable with a carrying value of $93.8 million and a corresponding loan receivable balance of $93.6 million was fully repaid during the six months ended June 30, 2018. As of June 30, 2018, the Company had one loan participation payable with an interest rate of 6.6%. As of December 31, 2017, the Company had two loan participations payable with a weighted average interest rate of 6.5%.
