Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions RLJ Companies, LLC and its affiliates, a related party, periodically provide or receive services or pay or collect certain amounts to or from the Company. As of September 30, 2014, there was approximately $8,000 payable to RLJ Companies, LLC which was included in accrued expense and at December 31, 2013, there was approximately $1,000 due from RLJ Companies, LLC which was included in other assets.
