Schedule of quarterly financial information

The tables below set forth the Company's unaudited condensed consolidated quarterly financial data for the years ended December 31, 2020 and 2019 (in thousands, except share and per share data). In the opinion of management, all adjustments (consisting of normal recurring accruals) that are necessary for a fair presentation of the quarterly results have been reflected in the data. It is also management's opinion, however, that quarterly financial data for the hotel properties are not indicative of the financial results to be achieved in succeeding years or quarters. In order to obtain a more accurate indication of performance, one should review the financial and operating results, changes in shareholders' equity and cash flows for a period of several years.
