Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events In July 2022, the Company acquired the 124-room 21c Museum Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee for $59.0 million. In July 2022, the Company's board of trustees declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per common share payable on October 17, 2022 to shareholders of record as of September, 30, 2022. In addition, the Company's board of trustees declared a cash dividend of $0.4875 on each Series A Preferred Share payable on October 31, 2022 to shareholders of record as of September 30, 2022. In August 2022, the Company exited the Leverage Relief Period under its Revolver and Term Loan agreements.
