COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES	COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES The Group leases offices and fulfillment centers under non-cancelable operating lease agreements. Future minimum lease payments under these noncancelable lease agreements with initial terms longer than three months are disclosed as maturity of lease liabilities in Note 5. The Group had no other material commitments or long-term obligations as of June 30, 2025.
