Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	Related-party transactions The Company currently has employment agreements with its executive officers. The employment agreements provide for six months to one and one half years of salary upon termination without cause or, in some cases, for good reason and the vesting of certain stock options or other equity awards.
