Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events The Company has reviewed operating activities for the period subsequent to December 31, 2016 and prior to the date that financial settlements are issued, March 7, 2017, and determined the following subsequent event is required to be disclosed. In January 2017, the Company purchased for $76.3 million, including acquisition costs, Burtonsville Town Square located in Burtonsville, Montgomery County, Maryland.
