Fiskars Corporation's directed share issue without consideration based on the
Restricted Share Plan
The Board of Directors of Fiskars Corporation has decided on a directed share
issue without consideration based on Fiskars' Restricted Share Plan.
In the share issue, 13,059 treasury shares are issued without consideration to
Jussi Siitonen, Chief Financial Officer and Deputy to the CEO based on the
Restricted Share Plan 2021-2023 in accordance with the terms and conditions of
the plan. Shares will be delivered as a sign-on compensation on August 17, 2022,
and the delivery is subject to continuous employment and no notice of
termination being made until the delivery of the shares.
The decision on the share issue is based on the authorization granted to the
Board of Directors by Fiskars Corporation's Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders held on March 16, 2022. Information about the launch and the terms
and conditions of the Incentive Plan have been published in a stock exchange
release on December 10, 2020. More information on the remuneration of the Chief
Financial Officer and Deputy to the CEO can be found in the Remuneration Report
2021.
