THE COMPANY	THE COMPANY Carter’s, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiaries (collectively, the “Company” and “its”) design, source, and market branded childrenswear under the Carter’s, Child of Mine, Just One You, Precious Firsts, OshKosh, and other brands. The Company's products are sourced through contractual arrangements with manufacturers worldwide for wholesale distribution to major domestic and international retailers and for its 438 Carter’s, 164 OshKosh, and 107 international retail stores that market its brand name merchandise and other licensed products manufactured by other companies.
