| Related Party Agreements | Related Party Agreements Fox Factory, Inc. has a triple-net building lease for its manufacturing and office facilities in Watsonville, California. The building is owned by a former member of our Board of Directors who retired on August 28, 2018. Rent expense under this lease was $179 and $358 for the three and six months ended June 29, 2018, respectively. On September 28, 2018, the Company purchased Tuscany's facilities from certain non-controlling interest stockholders who are also employees of the Company. The total purchase price was $3,750. The Company leased these properties prior to purchasing them. Rent expense under these leases was $86 and $171 for the three and six months ended June 29, 2018, respectively.
