Today, Deutsche Bank fully exercised the Greenshoe option, granted to the underwriters in connection with the initial public offering of PATRIZIA Immobilien AG (“PATRIZIA”), to subscribe for up to approximately 13.9% of the original issue volume of 19,120,000 shares at the offer price (EUR 18.50 per share). As a result, the total issue volume increased by 2,650,000 shares to 21,770,000 shares. At the offer price, the total issue volume, including the Greenshoe shares, amounts to approximately EUR 403 million. Due to the exercise of the Greenshoe option, the stabilization period is terminated. No stabilization measures were undertaken by Deutsche Bank as stabilization manager during the stabilization period. Principal shareholder First Capital Partner GmbH, which is controlled by the family of PATRIZIA founder and CEO Wolfgang Egger, provided the shares for the exercise of the Greenshoe option. As a result, the stake of First Capital Partner GmbH in PATRIZIA was reduced to slightly over 50.0%. The total number of shares placed in the initial public offering of PATRIZIA, and, accordingly, PATRIZIA’s free float, amounts to approximately 45.9% of PATRIZIA’s share capital.
