PATRIZIA Immobilien AG:signed the sale of 1,532 residential units from its own and third-party holdings

PATRIZIA Immobilien AG (ISIN DE000PAT1AG3) today sold 1,487 residential units from its own holdings plus a further 45 apartments owned by third parties to foreign investors. Alongside the 1,487 residential units from its own portfolio, PATRIZIA Immobilien AG also sold nine of its own commercial units. The objects sold are located in northern and southern German conurbations. At the same time, PATRIZIA Immobilien AG also sold 45 apartments and 7 commercial units on behalf of third parties. The two objects covered by this deal have total floor space of approximately 4,900 m2. All in all, therefore, the sale of 1,532 apartments and 16 commercial units was signed today. The purchase price was approximately EUR 120 million.
