PATRIZIA Immobilien AG has had its acquisition of further real estate portfolios comprising a total of 471 residential units signed. The 471 units purchased for the company’s own residential property holdings consist of three distinct portfolios of between 135 and 178 apartments each. Acquired from private and institutional sellers, the properties occupy good locations in the German states of Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg. All three portfolios are eligible for privatisation and have total net floor space of approximately 31,400 sqm. Over and above these 471 apartments, PATRIZIA Immobilien AG has acquired around 1,900 units for its residential portfolio since the start of fiscal 2006.
