PATRIZIA Immobilien AG (ISIN: DE000PAT1AG3) today announced that its Supervisory Board has appointed Dr. Georg Erdmann to serve on the Managing Board. Dr. Erdmann will take up his new post as Chief Financial Officer on the Managing Board effective October 1, 2006. Having already served as head of Finance since 1999 and as a member of PATRIZIA Immobilien AG’s Executive Committee since 2001, Dr. Erdmann has been instrumental in shaping the company’s development. Up to now, Chief Investment Officer Alfred Hoschek has also taken care of PATRIZIA’s Corporate Finance. Constant growth has nevertheless made it imperative to split these two vital functions. In future, Mr. Hoschek will thus focus his attention more strongly on the company’s core Investment business while Dr. Erdmann devotes himself to Corporate Finance.
