according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that via shares its voting rights
in PATRIZIA Immobilien AG (ISIN: DE000PAT1AG3; WKN: PAT1AG), Augsburg,
Germany, have fallen below the 3% limit of the voting rights on November 2,
2007 and amounted 1.950%. This corresponds to 1,016,618 voting rights.
The voting rights are entirely attributable to Cohen & Steers, Inc.
