(German Securities Trading Act)
On December 10, 2007, Franklin Mutual Advisers, LLC, Short Hills, USA, has
informed us pursuant to article 21 (1) WpHG that via shares its voting
rights in PATRIZIA Immobilien AG (ISIN: DE000PAT1AG3; WKN: PAT1AG),
Augsburg, Germany, have fallen below the threshold of 3 % on December 7,
2007 when voting rights reached 2.89 % which totals to 1,508,390 voting
shares.
All of these voting rights were attributable to Franklin Mutual Advisers,
LLC, according to article 22 (1) sent. 1 No 6 WpHG. As of present date, no
individual fund or series fund holds 3 % or more of the total voting rights
in PATRIZIA Immobilien AG.
