PATRIZIA Immobilien AG: Management Board contracts extended
Augsburg, June 6, 2007. PATRIZIA Immobilien AG (ISIN DE000PAT1AG3) today
announced that the Supervisory Board had prematurely extended the
Management Board contracts of the CEO Wolfgang Egger and of the CIO Alfred
Hoschek. The contracts that were due to expire in November 2007 were
extended by another five years until November 2012.
The extension of the Management Board contracts shows continuity in the
management of the company. It also enables Wolfgang Egger, the founder and
CEO of PATRIZIA Immobilien AG, to continue shaping the company’s strategy
and further drive the company’s growth.
