Ad hoc disclosure in accordance with section 15 of the German Securities
Trading Act (WpHG) –
CFO Dr. Georg Erdmann will leave PATRIZIA Immobilien AG
Augsburg, December 10, 2007. Dr. Georg Erdmann, Chief Financial Officer of
PATRIZIA Immobilien AG, is leaving the company by mutual agreement to the
end of the year for family reasons. As of now, the Management Board member
Alfred Hoschek will temporarily head the Finance division until a new CFO
takes up office. Management Board and Supervisory Board are thankful for
the many years of cooperation. With Alfred Hoschek an experienced manager
assumes the Finance division who has a good network in the financial world
as a result of his many years of activity. Alfred Hoschek had headed the
Financial division until the IPO for a period of several years.
The operating business unit for which Alfred Hoschek was previously
responsible as Chief Investment Officer will be assumed until further
notice by Klaus Schmitt, Chief Operating Officer.
After the realignment, the PATRIZIA Immobilien AG Management Board consists
of three Management Board members. CEO Wolfgang Egger (42), responsible for
Strategy, Communication and Marketing, Klaus Schmitt (42), responsible for
all operating areas and Alfred Hoschek (44), responsible for the entire
Finance division, including financing.
