PATRIZIA Immobilien AG: Release in according to article 26, section 1 WpHG
(Securities Trading Act)
On February 12, 2008, the state of Québec, Canada, has informed us
according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that via shares its voting rights
in PATRIZIA Immobilien AG (ISIN: DE000PAT1AG3; WKN: PAT1AG), Augsburg,
Germany, have fallen below the 3 % limit of the voting rights on February
7, 2008 and amounted 2.95 %. This corresponds to 1,537,835 voting rights.
1.52 % of the voting rights (794,850 votes) are attributable to the state
of Québec via Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, a legal entity under
the Canadian legal form of a so-called mandatory of the state of Québec
(Crown Corporation) pursuant to article 22 (1) sentence 1 no 1 WpHG. These
voting rights are also attributable to the state of Québec pursuant to
article 22 (1) sentence 1 no 6, sentence 2, 3 WpHG via Caisse de dépôt et
placement du Québec, Cadim, inc., CDP Capital-Conseil Immobilier, inc. and
Presima, inc.
Furthermore 1.43 % of the voting rights (742,985 votes) are attributable to
the state of Québec pursuant to article 22 (1) sentence 1 no 6, sentence 2,
3 WpHG via Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, Cadim, inc., CDP
Capital-Conseil Immobilier, inc. and Presima, inc.
Furthermore, on February 12, 2008, Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec,
Montreal, Canada, has informed us according to article 21, section 1 WpHG
that via shares its voting rights in PATRIZIA Immobilien AG (ISIN:
DE000PAT1AG3; WKN: PAT1AG), Augsburg, Germany, have fallen below the 3 %
limit of the voting rights on February 7, 2008 and amounted 2.95 %. This
corresponds to 1,537,835 voting rights.
0.77 % of the voting rights (401,292 votes) are held directly by Caisse de
dépôt et placement du Québec. These voting rights are also attributable to
Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec pursuant to article 22 (1) sentence
1 no 6, sentence 2, 3 WpHG via Cadim, inc., CDP Capital-Conseil Immobilier,
inc. and Presima, inc.
Another 0.75 % of the voting rights (393,558 votes) are attributable to
Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec pursuant to article 22 (1) sentence
1 no 1 WpHG. These voting rights are also attributable to Caisse de dépôt
et placement du Québec pursuant to article 22 (1) sentence 1 no 6, sentence
2, 3 WpHG via Cadim, inc., CDP Capital-Conseil Immobilier, inc. and
Presima, inc.
Furthermore 1.43 % of the voting rights (742,985 votes) are attributable to
Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec pursuant to article 22 (1) sentence
1 no 6, sentence 2, 3 WpHG via Cadim inc, CDP Capital-Conseil Immobilier,
inc. and Presima, inc.
Furthermore, on February 12, 2008, Cadim, inc., Montreal, Canada, has
informed us according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that via shares its
voting rights in PATRIZIA Immobilien AG (ISIN: DE000PAT1AG3; WKN: PAT1AG),
Augsburg, Germany, have fallen below the 3 % limit of the voting rights on
February 7, 2008 and amounted 2.95 %. This corresponds to 1,537,835 voting
rights.
All voting rights are attributable to Cadim, inc. pursuant to article 22
(1) sentence 1 no 6, sentences 2 and 3 WpHG via their subsidiary CDP
Capital-Conseil Immobilier, inc., to which all voting rights are
attributable pursuant to article 22 (1) sentence 1 no 6, sentence 2, 3 WpHG
via Presima, inc.
Furthermore, on February 12, 2008 CDP Capital-Conseil Immobilier, inc.,
Montreal, Canada, has informed us according to article 21, section 1 WpHG
that via shares its voting rights in PATRIZIA Immobilien AG (ISIN:
DE000PAT1AG3; WKN: PAT1AG), Augsburg, Germany, have fallen below the 3 %
limit of the voting rights on February 7, 2008 and amounted 2.95 %. This
corresponds to 1,537,835 voting rights.
All voting rights are attributable to CDP Capital-Conseil Immobilier, inc.
pursuant to article 22 (1) sentence 1 no 6, sentence 2, 3 WpHG via their
subsidiary Presima, inc.
Furthermore, on February 12, 2008, Presima, inc., Montreal, Canada, has
informed us according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that via shares its
voting rights in PATRIZIA Immobilien AG (ISIN: DE000PAT1AG3; WKN: PAT1AG),
Augsburg, Germany, have fallen below the 3 % limit of the voting rights on
February 7, 2008 and amounted 2.95 %. This corresponds to 1,537,835 voting
rights.
The voting rights are entirely attributable to Presima, inc. pursuant
article 22 (1) sentence 1 no 6 WpHG.
