according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that via shares its voting rights
in PATRIZIA Immobilien AG (ISIN: DE000PAT1AG3; WKN: PAT1AG), Augsburg,
Germany, have fallen below the threshold of 3 % of the voting rights on
March 5, 2008 and amounted 2.94 %. This corresponds to 1,533,512 voting
rights.
All voting rights are attributed to FMR LLC pursuant to article 22 section
1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
