PATRIZIA Immobilien AG: Sale of 85 residential and commercial units in
Munich, Germany
Augsburg (Germany) – March 18, 2008. PATRIZIA Immobilien AG has notarized
the sale of 79 residential units and 6 commercial units. The properties
located to the southwest of Munich comprise around 7,800 sqm and were
acquired by a private investor. As agreed between the two parties, the
purchase price has not been announced. The sale generated a factor of
around 23 from the actual net rent for PATRIZIA.
This transaction enables PATRIZIA to emphasize its strategic orientation of
working more intensively in the area of block sales, alongside the
individual sale of residential units in private resale. Residential
Property Resale is now and will remain a business focus for PATRIZIA,
although the Asset Repositioning segment and the associated block sales
present a sales strategy of equal value.
