Wolfgang Egger voting rights declines to 49.97 % due to securities lending
agreement
Augsburg (Germany), 19. December 2008. The voting rights share of PATRIZIA
Immobilien AG CEO Wolfgang Egger in the company declined below the
threshold of 50 % on December 18, 2008.
Due to Alfred Hoschek’s leaving from PATRIZIA Immobilien AG’s management
board on November 30, 2008, it became necessary to transfer to Wolfgang
Egger the securities lending agreements regarding a total of 100,000
PATRIZIA shares which exist as part of designated sponsor agreements. Thus,
Wolfgang Egger transferred 100,000 shares to the designated sponsor banks
by means of the security loan.
In light of this development, Wolfgang Egger’s voting rights share in
PATRIZIA Immobilien AG declined below the threshold of 50 %. The voting
rights share attributable to Wolfgang Egger now amounts to 49.97 % or
26,047,572 shares.
