On June 24, 2009, Odin Forvaltning AS, Oslo, Norway, has informed us
pursuant to article 21 (1) WpHG that via shares its voting rights in
PATRIZIA Immobilien AG (ISIN: DE000PAT1AG3; WKN: PAT1AG), Augsburg,
Germany, have fallen below the threshold of 3 % on June 23, 2009 when
voting rights reached 2.941 % which totals to 1,532,933 voting shares.
All of these voting rights were attributable to Odin Forvaltning AS,
according to article 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG
