Konecranes Plc's Annual Report 2025 published
Konecranes Plc's Annual Report 2025 has been published today and is available in
English and Finnish.
The Annual Report 2025 has been published as an online version and consists of
two separate reports: Annual Review, and Governance, Sustainability and
Financial Review. The Governance, Sustainability and Financial Review includes
the Corporate Governance Statement, the Remuneration Report and the Financial
Review. The Financial Review consists of the Board of Directors' report,
including the Sustainability Statement (the CSRD report), and the Financial
Statements. The Sustainability Statement has been compiled in accordance with
the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).
Konecranes has published the Board of Director's Report and the Financial
Statements in accordance with European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting
requirements. The Financial Review is available in XHTML format and the primary
financial statements have been labelled with XBRL tags and the notes to
financial statements have been labelled with XBRL block tags. The XHTML document
is the official ESEF version of Konecranes' financial statements. The audit firm
Ernst & Young Oy has provided an independent auditor's reasonable assurance
report on Konecranes' ESEF Consolidated Financial Statements in accordance with
ISAE 3000.
The Annual Review and the Governance, Sustainability and Financial Review are
attached to this release as PDF files and the Financial Review as an XHTML file.
