Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On July 3, 2013, the Company filed a shelf registration statement on Form S-3 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"). This registration will enable the Company to offer and sell to the public from time to time in one or more offerings, up to $100,500,000 of common and preferred stock, warrants, units or any combination thereof.  In addition, under the shelf registration certain MiMedx shareholders may offer for resale to the public from time to time in one or more offerings up to 7,500,000 shares of MiMedx common stock. The terms of any securities offered under the registration statement, and the intended use of the net proceeds resulting therefrom, will be established at the times of the offerings and will be described in prospectus supplements filed with the SEC at the times of the offerings.
