Common Share Awards:
On June 2, 2022, in accordance with our Trustee compensation arrangements, we awarded to each of our seven Trustees 20,000 of our common shares, valued at $2.14 per share, the closing price of our common shares on Nasdaq on that day.
Common Share Repurchases:
During the six months ended June 30, 2022, we purchased 1,698 of our common shares, valued at $3.20 per common share, from a former employee of RMR in satisfaction of tax withholding and payment obligations in connection with the vesting of prior awards of our common shares.

On July 14, 2022, we declared a quarterly distribution to common shareholders of record on July 25, 2022 of $0.01 per share, or approximately $2,391. We expect to pay this distribution on or about August 18, 2022.
