Partners' Capital Notes Disclosure [Text Block]	Note 13. Synthetic Fuel Limited Partnership           During fiscal year 2005, the Company sold its membership interest in a limited liability company that owned a synthetic fuel facility in Gillette, Wyoming. In addition to certain other payments, the Company was eligible to receive $1.50 per ton of “qualified production” produced by the facility and sold through December 2007. The plant was subsequently sold and during fiscal year 2006, the Company modified its agreement with the owners and operators of the synthetic fuel facility. During the second quarter of fiscal year 2011, a final payment of $2.9 million was received with respect to the “qualified production”. Income related to this payment was recognized during the quarter, as collectability of the amount became assured. The Company does not expect to receive additional payments, or recognize additional income from this investment.
