Schedule of Future Minimum Rental Payments for Operating Leases [Table Text Block] At October 31, 2014, the Company has lease agreements, as landlord, for four owned former retail stores. All of the leases are accounted for as operating leases. We also have a seasonal (temporary) lease agreement, as landlord, for one owned property. The following table is a summary of future minimum rentals on such leases (amounts in thousands):
