7. LEASES


At January 31, 2015, the Company has lease agreements, as landlord, for four owned properties. All of the leases are accounted for as operating leases. The Company recognized lease revenue of approximately $341,000, $420,000 and $422,000 in fiscal years 2014, 2013 and 2012, respectively. As of January 31, 2015, future minimum annual rentals on such leases are as follows (amounts in thousands):
