Subsequent Event Subsequent to the end of the second quarter of fiscal year 2015, the Company purchased 233,243 of its common shares for approximately $11.6 million, completing the previously authorized share repurchase authorization. On August 26, 2015, the Company’s Board of Directors increased its share repurchase authorization by an additional 500,000 shares.
