Related-Party Transactions During the second quarters of fiscal year 2016 and 2015, One Earth and NuGen purchased approximately $36.0 million and approximately $38.0 million, respectively, of corn from minority equity investors and board members of those subsidiaries. Such purchases totaled approximately $80.4 million and approximately $76.3 million for the six months ended July 31, 2016 and 2015, respectively.
