Schedule of Future Minimum Rental Payments for Operating Leases [Table Text Block] At July 31, 2016, the Company has lease agreements, as lessee, for rail cars and a natural gas pipeline. All of the leases are accounted for as operating leases. The following table is a summary of future minimum rentals on such leases (amounts in thousands):
