7. LEASES

At January 31, 2017, the Company has lease agreements, as lessee, for rail cars and a natural gas pipeline. All of the leases are accounted for as operating leases. As of January 31, 2017, future minimum annual rentals on such leases are as follows (amounts in thousands):
