Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	Note 13. Related-Party Transactions During the first quarter of fiscal years 2023 and 2022, One Earth and NuGen purchased approximately $33.8 million and approximately $30.7 million, respectively, of corn (and other supplies) from minority equity investors and board members of those affiliates. The Company had amounts payable to related parties of approximately $0.3 million and approximately $1.5 million at April 30, 2023 and January 31, 2023, respectively.
