Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	Note 14. Related-Party Transactions During the first quarters of fiscal years 2024 and 2023, One Earth and NuGen purchased approximately $30.6 million and $33.8 million, respectively, of corn (and other supplies) from minority equity investors and board members of those affiliates. The Company had amounts payable to related parties of approximately $1.9 million and $5.8 million at April 30, 2024 and January 31, 2024, respectively.
