Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	Note 14. Related-Party Transactions During the second quarters of fiscal years 2024 and 2023, One Earth and NuGen purchased approximately $28.3 million and $26.4 million, respectively, of corn (and other supplies) from minority equity investors and board members of those affiliates. Such purchases totaled approximately $59.0 million and $59.9 million for the six months ended July 31, 2024 and 2023, respectively. The Company had amounts payable to related parties of approximately $1.0 million and $5.8 million at July 31, 2024 and January 31, 2024, respectively.
