Subsequent Event On August 1, 2024, the Company, through its consolidated subsidiary, One Earth Sequestration, LLC, entered into a 5-month consulting agreement totaling $75,000 with Highstake 35 LLC dba Mercury Public Affairs, of which Cheryl Bustos, a director of the Company, is a partner. We have included a copy of the contract as Exhibit 10 to this Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q.
