Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Agreement for the Acquisition of Vital Decision On August 2, 2021, Evolent Health LLC and EV Thunder Merger Sub, LLC, each wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company, entered into a definitive agreement for Evolent to acquire Windrose Health Investors III, L.P. portfolio company Vital Decisions for $85 million, with an additional earn out of up to $45 million. Vital Decisions will report into Evolent’s specialty management offering, New Century Health, and will be consolidated into the Company’s Clinical Solutions segment. Closing of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to occur in the second half of 2021.
