Related Parties Related Parties
The entities described below are considered related parties and the balances and/or transactions with them are reported in our consolidated financial statements.

The Company has an economic relationship through the ordinary course of business with an entity whose President and Chief Executive Officer is a member of our board of directors that accounts for a majority of our related party revenue and cost of revenue for the years ended December 31, 2023 and 2022, respectively.

As discussed in Note 18, the Company had economic interests in several entities that are accounted for under the equity method of accounting. The Company has allocated its proportional share of the investees’ earnings and losses each reporting period. In addition, Evolent has entered into services agreements with certain of the entities to provide certain management, operational and support services to help the entities manage elements of their service offerings.
