Kesko has today published its 2021 financials statements, Report by the Board of
Directors, Corporate Governance Statement, Remuneration Report for Governing
Bodies, and the ‘Kesko’s direction’ sections of its Annual Report in Finnish and
English.
The financial statements comprise the consolidated financial statements and the
parent company’s financial statements. The review of non-financial information
is included in the Report by the Board of Directors.
The Governance section of the Annual Report comprises the Corporate Governance
Statement and the Remuneration Report for Governing Bodies.
The ‘Kesko’s direction’ report section provides a review of Kesko’ strategy and
its execution.
Kesko also provides an XHTML financial review complying with the European Single
Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. In line with the ESEF
requirements, the primary statements in the consolidated financial statements
have been labelled with XBRL tags. The firm of authorised public accountants
Deloitte Oy has provided an independent auditor's reasonable assurance report on
Kesko’s Finnish-language ESEF financial statements in accordance with ISAE 3000
