Kesko has today published its 2025 Annual Report, which comprises the sections
Kesko's direction, Report by the Board of Directors and Financial statements,
and Corporate Governance. The report is published in PDF format in Finnish and
in English.
Kesko publishes financial statements complying with the European Single
Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. The consolidated financial
statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. The firm of authorised public
accountants Deloitte Oy has provided an independent auditor's reasonable
assurance report on Kesko's ESEF financial statements in accordance with ISAE
3000 (revised).
The Report by the Board of Directors contains a sustainability statement in
compliance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and
Article 8 of the EU Taxonomy Regulation. Deloitte Oy has performed an assurance
of the sustainability statement with a limited assurance engagement.

online at www.kesko.fi/Annual-reports. The Report by the Board of Directors and
Financial statements containing the ESEF financial statements can be found as an
attachment to this release and online at Kesko's website. The Corporate
Governance Statement and the Remuneration Report can also be found as separate
PDF attachments to this release.
Kesko will also publish a voluntary Data balance sheet report focusing on data
and digitalisation and a report on Kesko as a taxpayer later in spring 2026.
