Income Taxes	Note 11. Income Taxes We are subject to U.S. Federal income tax as well as the income taxes of multiple state jurisdictions. As a result of the completion of examinations by the Internal Revenue Service on prior years and the expiration of statutes of limitations, our fiscal years 2012, 2013, and 2014 are the remaining years open under statutes of limitations. Certain subsidiaries are also subject to income tax in several foreign jurisdictions which have open tax years varying by jurisdiction beginning in fiscal 2005. As of October 31, 2015, we had $2,933 of unrecognized tax benefits which would affect our effective tax rate if recognized.
