On May 22, 2020, the Company formed a strategic alliance with Inivata and entered into a Strategic Alliance Agreement and Laboratory Services Agreement whereas Inivata, prior to the Inivata Acquisition Date, would render and perform certain laboratory testing which the Company made available to customers. In connection with this agreement, Inivata provided $0.8 million of testing services to the Company recorded in cost of revenue in the Consolidated Statements of Operations in 2021 through the Inivata Acquisition Date. Such services provided for the year ended December 31, 2020 were immaterial.
On May 22, 2020, the Company and Inivata also entered into a Line of Credit in the amount of $15.0 million. The Company and Inivata settled the Line of Credit after the Inivata Acquisition Date and no amounts were outstanding as of December 31, 2021. On June 18, 2021, the Company completed its acquisition of all remaining equity interest in Inivata by exercising its Purchase Option. Beginning June 18, 2021, Inivata is a wholly-owned consolidated subsidiary of the Company. As of the Inivata Acquisition Date, Inivata’s financial statement activity is being consolidated within the Company’s Consolidated Financial Statements.
