NATURE OF OPERATIONS AND BASIS OF PRESENTATION [Abstract]
Basis of Presentation and Consolidation	Basis of Presentation and Consolidation The accompanying unaudited interim condensed consolidated financial statements include the accounts of Aebi Schmidt Holding AG and its subsidiaries and have been prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted (“GAAP”) in the United States (“U.S.”) and with the instructions to Form 10-Q and Article 10 of Regulation S-X. Accordingly, certain information and disclosures required by GAAP for complete consolidated financial statements are not included herein. The results of operations for any interim period are not necessarily indicative of the results of operations for the full year. All inter-company transactions and balances have been eliminated. The accompanying unaudited interim condensed consolidated financial statements reflect all normal and recurring adjustments that are necessary for the fair statement of these interim financial statements. These interim financial statements should be read in conjunction with the audited consolidated financial statements and footnotes for the year ended December 31, 2024 included in our Form S-4 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) on April 4, 2025.
