Summary Of Significant Accounting Policies	(2) Summary of Significant Accounting Policies Except as described below, there have been no material changes to the Company's significant accounting policies for the quarter ended September 30, 2011 from the information included in Note 2 of the notes to the Company's consolidated financial statements included in the Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2011. Cash and Cash Equivalents The Company considers all highly liquid investments with original maturities of three months or less to be cash equivalents. The Company maintains two zero-balance, disbursement accounts at separate financial institutions in which the Company does not maintain depository relationships. Due to the nature of the Company's banking relationships with these institutions, the Company does not have the right to offset outstanding checks from these accounts against cash on hand. Checks released but not yet cleared from these accounts in the amounts of $64.4 million and $73.6 million are recorded in accounts payable as of September 30, 2011 and June 30, 2011, respectively. Recent Accounting Pronouncements Fair Value Measurement In May 2011, the Financial Accounting Standards Board ("FASB") issued Accounting Standard Update ("ASU") 2011-04, Amendments to Achieve Common Fair Value Measurement and Disclosure Requirements in U.S. GAAP and IFRS. The amendments in this update are the result of the work of the FASB and the International Accounting Standards Board ("IASB") to develop common requirements for measuring fair value and for disclosing information about fair value measurements. The amendment becomes effective for interim and annual periods beginning after December 15, 2011, which will be the third quarter of fiscal 2012 for the Company. The Company is currently assessing the future impact of this ASU on its consolidated financial statements. Comprehensive Income In June 2011, the FASB issued ASU 2011-05, Presentation of Comprehensive Income. The objective of this update is to improve the comparability, consistency and transparency of financial reporting and to increase the prominence of items reported in other comprehensive income. The update will become effective for interim and annual periods beginning after December 15, 2011, which will be the third quarter of fiscal 2012 for the Company. The update will eliminate the option to present components of other comprehensive income as part of the statement of changes in stockholders' equity, which is the Company's current practice and will require companies to present all nonowner changes in stockholders' equity either in a single continuous statement of comprehensive income or in two separate but consecutive statements. The Company is currently determining which method of presentation will be used in future filings.
