Metsä Board's Annual Review 2025, which includes the Report of the Board of
Directors and the Financial statements with notes, will be published in English
and Finnish on company's website at
https://www.metsagroup.com/metsaboard/investors in week 8, 2026.
Metsä Board's Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on 19 March 2026. The
Board of Directors will summon the meeting at a later date.
