Depreciation and amortization of property and equipment was $13.3 million and $38.7 million for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2025, respectively. In comparison, depreciation and amortization of property and equipment was $11.0 million and $32.2 million for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2024, respectively.
