Capitalized interest recognized as a reduction of interest expense for the three months ended March 31, 2015 and 2014 totaled approximately $0 and $35,000, respectively. Direct operating expenses exclude depreciation and amortization of approximately $6.6 million for both the three months ended March 31, 2015 and 2014. Cost of product sold expenses exclude depreciation and amortization of approximately $0.2 million and $0.1 million for the three months ended March 31, 2015 and 2014, respectively. Depreciation and amortization excluded from selling, general and administrative expenses was nominal for the three months ended March 31, 2015 and 2014.
